How do I return my online purchase?Updated 15 days ago

We offer free 30-day returns for customers in the US and Canada. Please note that accessories are not eligible for free returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. 

Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final and not eligible for returns.

How to request a return or exchange online:

  1. You may obtain a return authorization by visiting our Returns Portal or via Live Chat or e-mail.
  2. Pack the item(s) in the original order box or a similar box. Attach the pre-printed shipping label to the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered. Items from the same order must be returned in a single parcel.
  3. Drop the package off at any location of the corresponding shipping company.
