We offer free 30-day returns for customers in the US and Canada. Please note that accessories are not eligible for free returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
Important: Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for returns.
How do I qualify for a return?
Returns in New Condition
Items must be returned in new condition with all original packaging and contents (shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, hangtags, collateral, etc.).
Try On Indoors
Shoes should be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes with excess wear or damage may not qualify for a return or exchange.
