We offer free 30-day exchanges for customers in the US and Canada. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

Important: Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for free exchanges. Additional shipping fees may apply

How to request a return or exchange online:

1. You may obtain a return authorization by visiting our Returns Portal or via Live Chat or e-mail.
2. Pack the item(s) in the original order box or a similar box. Attach the pre-printed shipping label to the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered. Items from the same order must be returned in a single parcel.
3. Drop the package off at any location of the corresponding shipping company

Please note that the requested exchange item is subject to availability. If the exchange item's price is greater than the original order, our customer service team will contact you to arrange payment for the difference. If the exchange item's price is less than the original order, we will automatically refund the difference to the original payment method.
